We conduct our shipping agency business under the international standards, offering standardized services and establishing renowned reputation in the shipping industry not only in Georgia, but also worldwide. The main direction of “LOS” is the employment of Georgian seamen on vessels of foreign ship owners for decent wages and career advancement in the workplace along with all types of shipping operations and Ship related matters. Currently we complete the crew from Captain to Steward, on the various types of vessels for foreign ship owners. All our seafarers are certified in accordance with the requirements of STCW '95 convention and have extensive experience working on ships under different flags. All of our employees have extensive experience in the field of employment of seamen and naval matters. All the staff is united with the goal of developing “LOS” to be a leading international Crewing Agency in Georgia. We have all the necessary state licenses to carry out activities related to employment of citizens of Georgia abroad and provide Ship Agency work. Our company is an ISO 9001-2015 (Russian Register) holder for recruitment and manning of Georgian crew on vessels under foreign flags. We welcome all clients regardless of type of vessel, missions or need for services. Our Priorities 1. Sea-farers will get 10% discount on any certificate or health certificate. 2. Any kind of costs, which is connected with transportation up to airport (Tbilisi, Kopitnari, Batumi) will be compensated by owner and crewing company equally. 3. Our company takes responsibility to check the work quality of sea-farers sent by us, also documentation and visual of vessel condition. Of course, not to harm the company, but to improve the quality and built relationship and trust. Based on the professionalism and great experience of the CEO (Chief Engineer) of the company, we can freely comply with this issue. 4. Families of the sea-farers who will be sent during the New Year days, will get an invitation ticket for concerts, at the expense of the company. 5. Families of the sea-farers, who have 3 years of continuous collaboration with us, will get a free service from the company's lawyer in any issue, except for the criminal issue. 6. Children (under 12 years) and wives (regardless their age) of sea-farers, who will be employed by our company, within five kilometres from the office, will get a gift on their birthday.
