Manx Ocean Crewing Limited can trace its origins back over 20 years, and is a worldwide operating crew management company for ocean going vessels, primarily container & bulk carriers.

We are MLC 2006 certified by the Isle of Man Ship Registry  for Private Recruitment and Placement Services, enabling us to operate as a crew management company
The head office of the group is in Port St. Mary, in the south of the Isle of Man, and currently employs 12 people.
In addition, the company manx ocean germany GmbH, founded in 1999, belongs to the group. manx ocean germany GmbH is located in Oldendorf, Germany.
Manx Ocean Crewing Limited and manx ocean germany GmbH offer complementary crewing solutions that provide ship owners with professional, reliable, suitably qualified crew at competitive market rates.

Forming the core of our day-to-day operations, we currently employ over 500 seafarers onboard 47 vessels for a variety of different customers.
Using a well-established global network of crewing sub-agents, our experienced crewing teams are trained, qualified and certified to meet the needs of each and every crew member. 
In conjunction with our supply of crew, we provide an efficient and timely payroll service which ensures a well-motivated crew.
Our crew management software "CrewStar" sourced from Arribatec, Leer, Germany enables our customers to securely view current and planned crewmembers onboard their vessels at any time.
We are MLC 2006 certified by the Isle of Man Ship Registry for Private Recruitment and Placement Services and our crewing services are carried out in accordance with the latest STCW standards.
We also ensure that all crewing sub-agents we work with are MLC 2006 certified for the protection of our most important assets, our crew.
We are authorized filing agents for various flag state authorities including Antigua & Barbuda, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Cyprus, Madeira & Malta.
We ensure that all marine personnel have been suitably trained to meet the most discerning demands, and are committed to meeting the needs of our customers.
