Our Agency was found in one of the most beautiful Ukrainian sea ports-in Odessa. Odessa is one of the major ports of the Black Sea where you can find Seamen’s Training Centers, Marine College and Marine Academy. It has always been a cradle of a great number of seamen successfully working all around the world on different ships and with different ship owners.
Staff of “Ocean Star” has begun the work in 2000 and since that time we’ve passed the long way gaining experience and improving service.
We are confident that we can undertake your crewing needs with a high degree of responsibility. At present our database contains impressive amount of certified officers and ratings of all ranks for all types of vessels.
We select experienced seamen with appropriate skills. All the seamen have been certified according to regulations of International Convention STCW-95, IMO.
All Ukrainian seafarers pass careful medical examination before joining the vessel.
In case of need or by ship’s owner request we can assist with visas and flight.
