“Marine Navigation Crewing” Ltd is an independent staffing agency based in port Mariupol (Ukraine). The Company is established in Kiev, Ukraine, in 2013. Our company is lawfully registered, has state license and staff consisting of skillful specialists and high-qualified seamen.
The main idea of our company is providing professional maritime staff at all ranks and we endeavor to develop mutually beneficial long-terms relation between employers and employees through providing top-level crewing and recruiting services for our partners and perfect opportunities for self-development for our clients.
Our maritime company takes care of all staffing affairs for trade ships with Ukrainian and Russian seamen. “Marine Navigation Crewing” Ltd offers all the necessary services for seafarer recruitment and support of first-class staff resources and their official registration on the vessels: visas, tickets, crew lists etc.
At present time our database includes more than 1000 seamen of all ranks and it is in progress of updating day-by-day. We work with reliable sailors and provide reliable and relevant information. There are quite many seamen employed on the ships with a small DWT GRT in Ukraine and Russia. Our company can propose these specialists at position START.
At the moment we recruit staff for container vessels, bulk carriers, dry cargo ships, tankers and off-shore DP vessels. We offer seamen with excellent education and work experience in the international trade (shipping Companies: Greek, Italian, Holland, etc.).
All our crewmembers are qualified and competent, with all necessary international certificates for working. Every seaman has good knowledge of English language, previous experience of work in multinational crew and positive comments from his previous Ship-owner as well. We would like to notify that all our candidates have previous work experience for different companies and under the different foreign flags: Panama, St. Vincent, Malta, Bahamas, Netherlands, Cyprus and Liberia.
The wage levels are various, flexible, stipulated for each request, employer and seaman.
