MAROFF AS a crewing company with well qualified employees with long experience from offshore crewing. Total we have over 75 years of experience from crewing, accounting and sailing as officer deep sea.

Stig Arve Larsen and Jan Henrik Johansen who founded Human Resource Center AS (HRC) in 2002 have now established MAROFF AS. A crewing company that serves all type of vessels, but mainly offshore vessels, FPSO’s, rigs etc world wide. Our customers are offshore companies, shipowners, offshore service companies, rig companies, oil companies, fishing companies, shipyards etc.

MAROFF AS is located in the West part of Norway with offices at Hareid and in Bergen. We have more than 30 years of experience from crewing. We know the market, we know your needs, we will find the best available qualified crew to you, we will do our outmost to fill your requirements.

Stig Arve Larsen, has background as Crew Manager with Rieber Shipping AS from 1998 to 2001. Before that Royal Norwegian Navy for 12 years. From 2001 to 2011 with Human Resource Center AS as founder and partner. Jan Henrik Johansen has backgrond as Radioofficer for 7 years from Deep Sea. From 1998 to 2002 with Havila Supply ASA as Maritime Personnel Manager and from 2002 to 2011 with Human Resouce Center As as founder/partner and General Manager. Inger Lise Hj?rungdal has 29 years of experience from accounting and last 8 years from offshore accounting. Vidar R?yset has 7 years of experience from offshore crewing.
