Mega Marine Service (MMS) was founded in 2005. The main goal of the company over the years remains the provision of services that meet all the requirements of shipowners, international maritime conventions and legislation of the Russian Federation.

The success of our work, safe and competent fleet management directly depends on the qualifications of the onshore and marine personnel. In the era of progress and the introduction of space technology in the maritime industry, the ever-growing demands from controlling international and national organizations for companies and, in turn, requirements from companies for employees and seafarers, there is a need to constantly increase awareness and train personnel of the company and marine specialists . Realizing this, we organize and constantly improve free courses for our employees and seafarers.

In 2007, at the request of our main client, Marlow Navigation Co. Ltd. on the basis of the company “Mega Marine Service” the company “Marlow Navigation Vladivostok” (MN Vladivostok) was founded.

MN Vladivostok is the exclusive crewing agency Marlow Navigation Co. Ltd. in the Far Eastern Federal District for the maintenance of 800 vessels owned and operated by the company.

The company has 7 offices in Russia and, if the seaman decided to change his place of residence, then his case is transferred from the agency through which he worked to the agency that will be located closest to his new place of residence. Thus, the sailor does not have to lose his job and go looking for a new employer ... a trifle, but nice!
