Navmar Shipping Co. Ltd was incorporated in Constanta Romania in 2003 as a privately owned company. It started its business as a crewing agency to develop within short into a very highly reputed crew manager. In 2010 it transferred its seat to Limassol Cyprus under the same name and the Romanian outfit became its fully owned subsidiary and operating office there.

From its inception NAVMAR provided first class crew management to its clients. Quality has always been of paramount importance and in this respect all efforts were put into the creation of a very highly experienced and qualified team of crew and officers.
Quality safety and commitment forms the basis of our success over the years. For this reason a continuous program of training and investment in personnel ashore and at sea updates and develops their skills and knowledge in line with the changing market requirements.
