NCC MARINE has been working in the marine sector as a division of the company Neptune Commerce Corporation (NCC) of Alexandria, Egypt. established in 1993 and of the subsidiary company Neptune Commerce Corporation (CY)Ltd., Cyprus established in 2011.

Now NCC Marine became a Neptune Commerce Corporation daughter company.
Neptune Commerce Corporation (CY) Ltd. is the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) sole representative in the EU according to the signed MOU between NCC president and AASTMT
