North Sea Maritime Ltd is the sole agent for the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands for French manufacturer Alubat’s
aluminium boat ranges – lifting keel Ovnis and Ovni Evolutions and ultra light displacement deep fin keel Cigales, Rhea Marine's peche promenade range of motor boats, trawlers and open boats and Feelings lifting and fin keel range. With our long term relationships with the new boat manufacturers we represent, we are able to get the best out of them for our clients - you may only ever buy one new boat whereas we have worked on the specifications of 70 plus. All boat ranges have long options lists - it's our job to ensure that you understand what they are, the benefits they bring and to help you to weigh up the pros and cons of your choices for your particular plans. For example, our clients are always amazed that other Ovnis they see around from other countries don't have the same degree of thought applied to their build. We look on it as going the extra mile - not necessarily adding a great deal of cost but adding benefits and improving eventual resale value. This is particularly true of the Ovnis - over 10 years working with Alubat and we are the acknowledged UK experts in the aluminium, lifting keel yacht market.

Pre-Owned Boats
After more than 30 years in the marine industry, clients are able to access our knowledge through a bespoke secondhand purchase and sales service, for both power and sailing boats. We source boats for clients offering them INDEPENDENT, well researched advice to help them find the ideal boat. In addition we have recently restructured our 'brokerage' service. We are now offering 'condition reports' on the boats we have on sole brokerage. These condition reports of course do not replace a survey but do add value for buyers. We aim to write honest reports about the boats, their level of equipment, special features and any issues that we discover. We feel that buyers of secondhand boats should also get the benefit of our specialist knowledge, something that will differentiate the boats we sell from the average, hopefully adding value for the vendors as well.
