Norddeutsche Reederei H. Schuldt controls the shipowning activities of Norddeutsche Verm?gen Group. The company manages a fleet of container vessels in the size range of 1.200 TEU to 8.400 TEU totaling 70 vessels with a capacity of about 330.000 TEU, but also a smaller number of Bulk Carriers. About half of the fleet is owned by the Group, the other half financed via the German KG-Scheme.

Ship Management
In the global round-the-clock operation of highly capital-intensive economic goods, problem-free operation is the highest goal. Due to intensive and comprehensive technical and commercial management and competent and experienced crews, down times can be kept to a minimum. Our task is to control this on land.
Fleet
Our fleet mainly consists of modern container vessels covering a wide range of sizes and specifications and is reflecting the market requirements of international liner companies. In addition to this we manage a number of handysize Bulk Carriers.
Crewing
In the crewing field, it is essential to be able to think long-term. Continued cooperation with officers and crews means intimate knowledge of the respective ships, enhanced identification with the shipping company. This, combined with a corresponding feeling of responsibility, consequently reduces damage and loss potential in the fleet. Particular value is placed upon training our own officers and moulding them to corporate demands and culture.
