Rusam Maritime Agency is a crewing company established in 2010 with main office in Kaliningrad, Russia. Today we employ more than 1000 seafarers using our network of partner offices in North-West and Far East Russia, Black Sea Region and other ports. As of 01 January 2020 company provides full crew compliment for 16 modern Bulk Carriers DWT 53.000 – 58.000 t.

Our staff is a team of highly qualified managers having large experience in shipping industry including technical and commercial operations, ship repair, bunkering, insurance and claim settlements. Our own Rusam Quality & Training systems are constantly maintained at high levels assuring crew compliance and confirmed by relevant audits.

Quality and Safety are our priority in selection and training of the seafarers. We understand that crew is an important factor of shipping and the way we manage this asset has a great impact on business success of the shipowner.

Our Technical management software is approved by DNV GL & ClassNK and company itself is certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) for compliance with the requirements of:
