All our officers have graduated the Naval Academy of Constanta which is one of the most reputed from Eastern Europe.

We have extensive experience of providing officers and crew for all types of vessels and to assist applicants in obtaining the necessary tests and licenses required for specific assignments. We also assist our crew in preparing and processing all travel documents (including tickets, visa, seaman’s passport etc.) necessary for travel abroad in connection with a work assignment. All our officers and ratings are required to obtain documents confirming to full compliance with all STCW95, ISM Code requirements; International IMO recognized certificate; Valid GMDSS certificates for navigators.

Primera Maritime is authorized to carry out crewing servicies by the Romanian Naval Authority.

The Quality Managemant System of our company has been implemented meeting the MLC 2006 and ILO 9001:2008 by RINA – Italy, to ensure a high quality performance on all levels in its organization.
