Shanti Marine Services Private Limited have already "RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT SERVICE LICENSE" (RPSL-MUM-351) which will be issued by Mercantile Marine Department (M.M.D)D.G. shipping Mumbai,MLC-2006 and ISO 9001&2008.

We have at present vacancies for all ranks (Ratings, Officers and Engineers) for our varies fleet ie. Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Gas Carriers, Containers, Bulk Carriers, Off Shore Supply Vessels Dynamic Positioning Vessels, Accommodation barges, Jack up barges and Tugs.

As crew agent we are always at the principal disposal for recruitment of crew members for any position and for any type of vessel, for a short period of operation from December 2008, We found job for more than 100 Indians seafarers for our principals that we served.

To ensure our crew are up-dated with regulatory matters, they continues training as well as customer satisfaction. To attain these goals Shanti Marine servives established its own training center. To answer the present shortage of officers we formulate retention program and we encourage the principal to engage a cadet programmed and support family relation program.

Retention- The essential continues satisfaction is retaining qualified seafarers, whereby continues availability of seafarers is secured. Cadets- We encourage the principal to engage cadets or embrace cadets program thereby attracting fresh resources. Family- We developed family relation with the crew establishing program that involve family of our crew, as know that Indians are facilities people.

In addition to the traditional crewing, Our company can provide skilled maintenance "riding gang" consisting of marine engineers, certified fitters and sand blaster, for specific voyage.

Crew Allotment administration
In compliance with annex a section 8 par. A of the standard contractor for Indian seafarers. As a manning agent we are mandated to administrator the transmittal of 80% of the seafarers wage monthly to their designated family allotee.
