We are private Russian crewing/manning agency "Valmars" LTD in Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, St. Petersburg and Kerch (Ukraine), have associated partners in Odessa, Izmail, Mariupol, Batumi (Georgia), Moscow, Vladivostok, Nakhodka, working at international crewing market since Febr. 1992.

We own state license for crewing, ISO 9002 certificate, have capacity and facilities to attend all necessary formalities of Russian authorities with regard to recruitment, visa, training courses, control of Genuine certificates, licences, drug/alchogol test, phisical examination.

We provide in short notice Russian, Ukranian, Georgian officers and ratings for container vessels, chemical tankers, gas liqud tankers, oil/parcel tankers, VLCC/ULCC, OBO'S, bulkers, multy purpose dry cargo, refers, ro-ro passenger vessels, cruize ships, log carriers, ro-ro, ocean tugs, barges, passenger vessels, yachts and qualified crew for delivery any type of vessels for scrap, mobile repair teams of welders, fitters, technicians, divers, office staff.

Our main sources for crew selection are Acomarit, Novoship, Unicom, Primorsk Shipping, Gesco, Baltic Shipping Co., Latvian Shipping Co., Anglo-Georgia Shipping, State Marine Academies, marine colleges.

Our seafarers own international certificates, are sober, hard working, cooperative, qualified, experienced, comply to ISM, ISO 9002 requrements, worked at foreign companies before.
