Our robust crew selection process, value added training and management system that is fully compliant with SOLAS chapter IX (ISM Code) and Chapter XI (ISPS) Code, ISO 9001-2008 accreditation earns us the unique place as reliable and quality crew manager. Annual quality Compliance audits to ensure that our high standards are maintained and verified.

To ensure our seafarers and onshore staff maintain the high level of competence needed to carry out their duties, we have an in-house Safety, quality and Training Manager who can provide advice on both mandatory and non-statutory training, thereby enabling us to fulfil client specific ship management requirements.

Our ‘ Crew Supply & Management ‘ business model gives client required the flexibility of opting for ‘ Full Crew Management ‘ service OR only ‘ Crew Supply ‘ as required. Ship owners / Operators can also choose to Include OR Exclude any given activity covered from Crew selection – approval – placement on-board – sign off – training & certification---till re-join.

Full Crew Management : In this Process full crew of the vessel is managed by VGG India team i.e. Crew selection, nomination & approval by client, arrange value added training & certification, arrange Visa + travel, Coordinate with port agents + Vessel & operator, place the crew on-board, address crew & operator concerns, manage Payroll / crew allotments, plan relievers, sign off crew on completion tenure, manage performance and get the crew ready to re-join.

Crew Supply : Under this arrangement owner / operator request nominations of a certain number of fixed ranks or crew positions as required. Owner / operator can also exclude some of the services like supply of working clothing & Safety gear, arranging flag state certificates, value added training, travel etc.
