We provide crew for both wet and dry cargo vessels and passenger cruise liners.

Our services include Ship Management (both Crewing and Technical), an Onboard Repair Squad, and our own Maritime Training Institute, the School of Synergic Studies Trust, conducting Modular and Non- Modular Courses, and our Overseas Manpower Recruitment Division.

The certificates held by our Indian officers and ratings make them eligible to comply with most flag states.

Our aim is to provide qualified and quality crew who will continually be upgraded in their knowledge and techniques so that they can adequately perform their job and comply strictly according to ISM and STCW- 95.

We have our own Maritime Training Institute, The School of Synergic Studies Trust, approved by the Directorate General Of Shipping, Mumbai conducting various STCW-95 courses and in-house training, and are also certified for ISO 9001:2000 for Quality Assurance.
