YASA Holding S/A was established in 1999. The founder and Chairman Mr. Yalç?n SABANCI is an enterpreneur who had been a member and shareholder of the conglamerate SABANCI Holding group for 39 years. After deciding to start his own private investment and group of companies, he succesfully established YA SA holding.

The Holding has been growing steadily in shipping, construction, tourisim, aviation and textile industries since 1999 and enjoying to be in service for worldwide range of clients.
