Crew qualification requirements

1. Marine Officers qualifications, safety training courses and work experience to meet OPCO acceptance
    Standards for the respective marine unit (in line with OPCO Acceptance Standards for Marine Vessels
    Ref. ADMA MR-STD-02 / ZADCO Ref. ZDC/ASMV/2011). 
2. Master to have previous official ADMA senior staff Approval.
3. Minimum 2 years sailing experience in ADMA/ ZADCO field.
4. Summarized Standard Training Requirements and Certification for Marine Crew:
General Safety Induction (OPCO) – All Crew
Offshore Safety (External) – Marine Officers
Advanced Fire Fighting (External) – Marine Officers
Advanced First Aid (External) – Master, Mate, Ch. Eng.
Safe Lifting Operations – Mate, Deck Crew
Welding Safety – Ch. Eng. & Oiler
Carriage of Hazardous Cargo – All Deck Officers
Fast Rescue Craft – Mate & Coxswain (vessels carrying FRC)
T-BOSIET – All Crew
Basic H2S Training Course – All
Updated CV
COC, GMDSS & Endorsements
Fitness to Work Offshore Medical Report.
