The Auctioneer must have sales and public speaking experience and duties include conducting all art auctions; preparation for auctions and sales; transport viewing and storage; conduct daily viewing of art for guests on the ship; conduct lectures describing the art being offered; serve as a host during viewing times including between lectures; conduct sales of art and custom frames during auctions and other times of the voyage; create and maintain accurate records, reporting, administration, etc; co-ordinate delivery, packaging and labelling of all art at disembarkation; report all sold art to ship’s authorities, plus any other duties that you may be required to assist with. Examples of Salary Range: approx £2,500 - £3,500 per month
