At the moment we are looking for professionals for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
General:
Plan and coordinate (vendor related) preventive & corrective maintenance jobs based on work initiated from the CMMS (Maximo).
Own and maintain the operational planning (90-day planning, year planning). Coordinate daily logistics (helicopters, boats)
Monitor POM (maintenance and relevant technical Change Requests) workorders in the CMMS and assure proper closure in cooperation with colleague engineers.
Provide input to the facility engineering department where needed, assume responsibility for the creation of workpacks/workorders for assigned jobs and projects in close cooperation with the responsible engineer.
Specific:
Contribute in the upkeep and improvement of the overall level of safety awareness. Promote and actively participate in the upkeep and improvement of the overall level of safety management; making full use of LPM and IMS to ensure that all activities meet Dana’s HSEQ standards.
Act as central point of contact w.r.t. Contribute to the weekly planning meeting and provide input to the 90-day plan
Responsible for the upkeep of technical documentation, P&ID’s, diagrams, maintenance manuals, etc. in area of expertise, in close cooperation with the document controller
Provide input to the yearly mechanical maintenance budget.
Generate & implement Preventative Maintenance Routines (PMR) improvements in close cooperation with the offshore maintenance supervisors.Execute QA/QC related activities when required, if needed in cooperation with independent verifying bodies.
Requirements
Formal technical training on at least Middle Technical School level.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a mechanical maintenance engineering function.
Basic working knowledge of offshore mechanical systems, HVAC systems, rotating and lifting equipment including pumps, compressors, power turbines, and cranes.
Basic working knowledge of pressure vessels and piping systems, as well as associated legal inspection requirements (Pressure Equipment Directive/Warenwetbesluit).
Good command of the English language, written and spoken.
Practical knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems
General computer skills in office programs.
Maximo working experience (preference)
Knowledge on planning principles and techniques.
