2ND ENGINEER (offshore)

Skills Required :
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Marine Engineering or Equivalent. • Holding 2nd engineer unlimited certificate (III/2) • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Second Engineer • Good communication skills

Job Description :
• Maintenance of vessel’s machinery and mechanical equipment • Supervising engine crew and ISM applications for the engine department. • Follow up day to day operation and engine room requirements. • Stand engine room watches as per chief engineer instruction. • Cleaning and maintaining engine room. • Responsible for main engine, systems and main pumps. • Distribution of work for engineers and ratings.
