Job Description
As a (Senior) Planner you will report to the Manager of the Planning in line and for the project you will report to the involved Project Manager.
You will be responsible for: the set up of an integrated level 3-4 planning, set up of the measuring procedures, preparation of regular project status reports. Next to this you also will be responsible for the coordination of the input for the company resource planning, coordination of the planning input for Engineering, Procurement and fabrication.
In your day tot day work you will: maintain monthly progress report (Gant, critical path, eva and progress measurement), maintain planning benchmarks, generate and update contractual notification schedules to subcontractors, assist the Proposal Manager and Project Manager on all related issues, initiate work break down structure and activity break down structure on projects in tender phase, assess any changes (internal or external) on planning impact and maintain planning standards for extension of time claims, maintain company planning standards based on lessons learned of projects, contribute to the preparation of the planning section of the Close-out Report.
Furthermore there are other planning related tasks.
Job Requirements
Master / Bachelor degree. Kowledge of relevant business planning standards (Oil & gas industry and/or engineering to build industry). Knowledge of work methods and sequence of shipbuilding activities.
