Overall Objective:
To ensure timely production and high quality onboard printed materials and daily guest onboard program
To implement and maintain guidelines and procedures as set out by OCI
Ultimately responsible for the timely production of all onboard printed matters
To ensure the ultimate guest experience onboard OCI vessels by aiding effective communication of information through all departments
Profile:
Worked in a high quality environment as Desktop Publisher /graphic designer
Understanding of the highest level of service
Ideally have fulfilled equivalent position on a similar style ship
Excellent English writing skills
Excellent Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat and Adobe Indesign, Microsoft Publisher, knowledge of graphical software (Photoshop)
Technical aptitude, familiar with scanners and basic printing (color printer and duplicator)
Well organized; a multi-tasker
Great at customer service and building positive relations with guests and colleagues
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment
Excellent administrative skills and communication skills
Strong leadership skills and practice ‘leadership by example
Outgoing personality, open minded and flexible
Ability to work in an international environment
Excellent appearance
