Education High school graduate
Language Skills English and at least another language.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven and documented experience and expertise as an animator or social person (male or female) in a similar working environment at sea or ashore
2. Demonstrated ability to entertain, communicate and socialize with persons of all nationalities and all ages and backgrounds.
3. Successful background as a presenter (on stage or visual media)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Introduce show and performances if required by the Cruise Director.
2. In collaboration with the Shore Excursion Manager, and where required by the Cruise Director, conduct Travel talks on the various destination of the Cruise, in the languages best Known to the incumbent for the enrichment and information of Guests.
3. Where required by the Cruise Director, perform as broadcaster, making public address announcement for activities, entertainment and navigation announcement in appropriate languages of the Guests only where this is the policy of the ship and the cruising area.
4. Where required specifically by the Cruise Director, act as liaison host/hostess between the ship and any special language or common-interest group of Guests, offering full hospitality and socializing for this group.
5. If required by the Cruise Director, cooperate with the Program Publisher in the translation of the Daily Program, each one for the language of competence
