JOB DESCRIPTION
As Office Assistant you will be responsible for the administrative support to our General Manager as well as to our Trading Department. The tasks involve travel booking, planning of events and gatherings in a customer perspective and handling office accounting. You will enter into a professional and motivated team in our Stamford office and you will be operating in Navision as one of the systems.
It is imperative that you are structured, proactive, responsible and executive.
AREAS OF FOCUS
Supporting management
Supporting other office staff
Answering phones
File and organizing information
Run errands
Operate office equipment (copiers/fax machine)
Customer support
Assist with office accounting
Maintain all input regarding inquiries, lost inquiries and orders
Assisting and coordinating business travels
Maintain company procedures
Assist the Monjasa Inc. office with ad-hoc typing task
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Minimum 2 years of experience with office administration/support
Fluent in written/oral English
