Seeking individual with commercial maritime experience for marine surveying, especially Bulk Carrier Draft Surveys. The candidate must be well versed in the calculations and computations involved from deciphering raw data aboard vessels and able to work in the USA. Experience with loading/discharging of bulk cargo is a plus, as is college degree (especially Maritime Academy). Should possess current TWIC and MARSEC credentials and be available to work odd hours in the Pacific Northwest. We are a Seattle-based company with remote surveys largely along the West Coast / Alaska / Hawaii. Applicants can expect to start Draft Surveying shortly after hire and an excellent opportunity to gain experience in surveying and the maritime industry. Salary dependent upon experience.
