We are looking for candidates for the following position in our Breskens Business Support Centre:
ICT Service Desk Analyst (1 fte)
As an ICT Service Desk Analyst you provide first level ICT support to our end-users worldwide with the objective of delivering excellent ICT support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction and timeliness within the Service Level Agreements. You receive, register and address first level ICT support calls and you act as the ’owner’ of the reported problem by coordinating the end-to-end processes to get ICT issues resolved by working together with internal and external ICT service providers. Furthermore, you identify opportunities to optimise the ICT Service Desk and to enhance quality systems. In this position you install hardware and software in the Breskens Business Support Centre and perform remote installations of software. Additionally, you document systems, processes, procedures and user manuals and you assist in ICT projects.
To excel in this function you should have a Secondary Vocational Education diploma (MBO) ICT level 4 or equivalent and knowledge of Windows 7, MS Office 2010, Active Directory Services and ITIL Service Management. Knowledge regarding Citrix, Cisco and MCSA is desirable, but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Furthermore, you are a helpful, service-minded, pro-active and motivated team player.
