TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT with particular experience in dry‐bulk, additional
experience in tankers would be an advantage.
Technical Superintendent / Role
As Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the management and technical operations of a group of managed vessels, including maintenance, repair, survey schedules, inspections and drydockings, together with associated budget development and management. You will also carry out investigations into incidents / accidents.
Technical Superintendent / Profile
Applicants must have 2 to 3 years seagoing experience as Chief Engineer, preferably on bulk carriers.
Good communication (oral and written) and English language skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels.
Good planning and organizational skills.
An ability to develop creative and effective solutions to problems.
