To join the Operations Department of our Nyon office we are currently looking for a full time Operations Officer Offshore.

3. Job’s main role
3.1
Liaising with the Crewing Department in the selection and appointment of suitable senior deck officers, their briefings and
appraisals
3.2
Revisions and implementation of operational and marine procedures in order to maintain the highest Industry operational
standards in liaison with MSEQ Department
3.3 Marine superintendence in liaison with MSEQ Department
3.4 Technical and operational review of tenders and projects
3.5 Selection and marketing of vessels available for management
3.6 Participation in preparation / review of specifications of company new buildings
3.7
Participation in company response to OVID, IMCA and any other Charterers inspections as well as Port and Flag State inspections
in liaison with MSEQ Department.
3.8 Commercial operations of the spot vessels
3.9 Continuously monitoring the movements of the vessels and keeping fleet management system IMOS up-to-date
4. Profile
Desirable Required
4.1 Education: Marine Academy or similar X
4.2 Required experience: Master Mariner with experience in Offshore X
4.3 Particular knowledge: BIMCO Charter Party Editor X
4.4 Computer skills: Computer literate X
4.5 Languages: Ability to communicate and write in both English and French X
4.6 Personal skills: Reliability, confidentiality, ability to work in an international
environment, positive attitude even under stressful situations

Assiduity, reliable and balanced personality
Ability to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines
