Junior Cabin Steward
The contract foresees 10 months on board +\- 2 month. Salary is 856 USD + 426 EURO and paid only during the period spent on board. Employer pays all travel costs.

Requirements:
A minimum of 24 months (documented and demonstrable) as a Cabin Steward on an Internationally- trading Guest vessel, or a minimum of 2 years as a Room Attendant in a high-standard International Hotel (4/5 Stars).Proven multi-operational skills in Cruise Ship Housekeeping operation in a multinational environment.
Service to and cleanliness of specified Guest Accommodation. Assistance as required to maintain service standards in Cabins.
Sanitation, cleanliness, comfort and service in a specified number of cabins in a specified section. The sanitizing of shower-heads in every cabin bathroom at least one time every 6 month, by means of immersion in a chlorine solution. The change of used towels every morning and every evening (more often if requested) or leaving unchanged if requested by Guests. The change of all bed sheets twice a week and pillowcases according to the MSC Standard Procedures for linen changes.
Fluent in oral and written English (working and Safety language of the Company). Ability to speak, read and write in any major other languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, Chinese etc.) is considered a major advantage that could eventually influence the selection for some positions.
Non-Smoker.
To satisfy the requirements of the laws of the Flag State of the Ship regarding health and physical requirements, and to have current documentation to certify that all medical requirements relating to this position are met according to the specific requirements of the job.
