Key Accountabilities:
Undertake delivery plans for projects under their control and monitor subsequent performance against this, taking corrective action where appropriate.
Coordinate with teams from Engineering, Operations and Laboratory and their respective Managers for responding to Tenders and RFPs, for project planning and monitoring and for credit collection.
On award of assigned projects, coordinate project manpower allocation and overall project planning; act as intermediary between project team and client at this stage, including construction and submittal of all project related MS’s and RA’s/JSA’s.
Manage project with detailed project plan, safety plan and preparations for mobilisation in accordance with the Contract and in line with the MS.
Liaise with HSE Officer to ensure key Health and Safety measures are addressed at all phases of the project.
Assist project team to mobilize equipment, vessels in keeping with project plan.
Establish and maintain positive relations with Clients and business partners and successfully resolve problems and issues which may arise.
Coordinate fieldwork activities, liaise with client and site manager to fulfil client demands, if required.
Monitor Project Plan and coordinate with project team and Managers in office to ensure adherence to contact scope and timelines.
Manage project budget as an on-going activity; escalate deviations well in time and seek guidance from Engineering Manager when faced with more complex technical issues and from Commercial Manager for contractual issues.
Prepare and ensure correct and timely submission of measures, applications for payments and/or invoices as is appropriate for the Contract.
Follow up with client and ensure correct and timely receipt of agreed measures, Application for Payments, payment Certificates and subsequent payment of invoices. Escalate anticipated or actual issues to Commercial Manager, well in time for him to take corrective action.
Undertake primary responsibility for compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and other corporate policies that are appropriate to the job.
Ensure working practices follow national guidelines and are appropriate to all staff
Develop and improve the performance of junior staff formulating and implementing a project service delivery plan in consultation with the Line Manager
Assist in the recruitment, supervision, and development of junior staff within the team
Take responsibility for Accounts Receivable as assigned.
Ensure no work or additional work is undertaken without necessary authorization from Line Manager
Coordination of the deliverables on all project related issues, including fieldwork, lab results and engineering reports, ensuring timely delivery to the Client and avoiding any commercial impact on the project due to LD’s or EOT claims.

Experience in site investigations, in a role which involved both drilling, collection of samples and writing factual and interpretive reports. Some exposure to laboratory testing is preferable.
Experience in preparing interpretative reports independently and submitting them with minimal supervision/editing.
Experience in preparing Proposals, particularly the technical aspects and detailed project costing, with little supervision.
Wide range of computer skills including basic MS Office package, as well as AutoCad, Google Maps, and programme software.
