Requirement:
1) DP Trained (DPO/DPA/DPB
Passport copy (4 empty pages + 1 year validity)
Seamanbook pages (as mentioned proof of sea service shown in given CV)
All STCW certification including Adv OIL/CHEMICAL for Senior officers
Applicants should also attached the following documents together with the most recently updated CV for review:
OPITO BOSIET/TBOSIET/FOET/TFOET
Do include last drawn wages
