Yacht Instructor needed for a leading company in Beirut, Lebanon
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in nautical science
Instructor Trainer Certification is a plus
Minimum 3 years’ experience of power boating or superyacht
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with good command of English
A sense of adventure, team player and positive
Self- motivated with a can-do attitude
Passion for and experience with working with people within the marine environment
Ability to work well with others as a collaborative team player and take initiative as a leader
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work as part of a team to provide an enjoyable and safe training experience for guests of all ages and abilities
Ensure a high standard of safety for guests and staff is maintained at all times
Maintain effective communication with the team
Provide support and guidance to instructors and provide ongoing training as necessary
Ensure that all instructors in the academy are appropriately qualified
Co-ordinate paperwork and instructors for all courses
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Must be flexible in the job role and may be required to move between different places according to operational needs Location: Worldwide
