As the Crewing Manager you are responsible for:
- Crew Planning for continuous rotational flow
- Monitoring / Evaluating all data concerning the seafarers training
- Gauging Crew performance through appraisal reports
- Managing crew certificates and training documents
- Evaluating and selecting new candidates
- Maintaining records and communicating with existing crews and manning agents
- Planning and budgeting crewing needs
- Managing crew-related logistics (travel documents, embarkations, repatriations etc.)
- Negotiating and executing employment contracts
Managing crew payroll and disbursements - Planning and arranging crew training

Essential skills / Qualifications
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree (i.e. Maritime Operations/ Ship Management, or HR Management)
Ideally, this person has at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience - Excellent knowledge of (national (Russian) and international) crewing regulations (including flag state requirements, STCW, BIMCO, ILO, MLC 2006, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
