Duties - should be able to handle:
• Estimation of cost for tendering.
• Preparation of Charter Party agreement in consultation with the reporting head.
• Preparation of Tenders.
• Maintain appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and project and develop the company’s brand via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
• Plan and Manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.
• Liaising with the charterers / client
• Any other work from time to time depending upon business needs
• Should be a team player
Engineering Graduate/MBA Preferred with Shipping ground (Diploma will add advantage) Location: Worldwide
