Mexican crew for the Drilling Rig

We are in need of Mexican crew with extensive Floating (Semi-Sub) Drilling Rig.
Master - Chief Officer (SDPO) - Chief Engineer (or Technical Section Leader) - 1st Engineer (or 2nd Engineer). For now Company consider only Mexican candidates with the same experience of work. Salary indications: Master: 700 - 730USD / day on board (2/3 of this during 7 day quarantine before joining) Chief Mate: 520- 560USD / day on board (2/3 of this during 7 day quarantine before joining) Chief Engineer: 550-600USD / day on board (2/3 of this during 7 day quarantine before joining)1st Engineer: 400-430USD /day on board (2/3 of this during 7 day quarantine before joining)
