- Completed training as a shipping clerk (m / f / d) or completed studies in nautical science, business administration or shipping and transport logistics
- ideally, you have professional experience in crewing or have been able to gain experience on board
- very good knowledge of English
- good MS Office skills
- Intercultural competence in dealing with different nationalities
YOUR TASKS
You are the direct link between the Leer office and the staff at sea and organize the worldwide crew changes of our seafarers for a fleet of approx. 25 ships.
- Contact person for crewing matters for ship management
- Selection, composition and planning of the crew in compliance with the casting specifications in cooperation with our worldwide recruitment agencies
- cost-effective crew change planning
- Track the progress of crew members for career planning
- Gathering information regarding the performance of the deployed crew
- Care of the seafarers during the time on board
