Documentations Officer JPC International

JPC is a boutique shipping agency with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

The Role

Multiple roles on offer including full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process all import and export shipments
• Accurately process relevant documentation in a timely manner
• Data entry including entering orders and facilitating system updates
• Review jobs and related charges such as fees
• Process invoices
• Attend cargo inspections, supervise loading and/or discharge of local cargo
• Handle email and telephone enquiries
• Work closely with internal team members including training and over flow.

Required Skills

• Proficient use of Cargowise One.
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations position

Salary range AUD$50,000 – AUD$70,000p.a.
