HSE Officer for General Cargo (Tweendecker), permanent contract, 7200 EUR Net

Greetings professionals!
We are looking for HSE Officer to join General Cargo (Tweendecker) vessel for a new project with a long-term contract on permanent rotation.

Conditions:
Contract duration: 12 months (renewable)
Salary: 6000 – 7200 EUR per month Net
Location: Senegal
Joining: March 2022
Rotation: 56/28 days on/off
Working hours: 12 hours per day, 7 days a week

The daily rates are paid per day of work and travel day

Requirements:
At least 3 years Offshore experience (hook up activities)

Candidates will be responsible for:
Conducting internal HSE inspections;
Delivering HSE induction and training;
Supervising HSE procedures implementation;
Ensuring effective implementation of Life Saving Rules;
Ensuring that relevant safety risk assessments are complied with;
Promoting safe operative techniques and methodologies for the planning, safety control (i.e. JSA);
Ensuring adequate HSE reporting;
Inspecting subcontractors’ activities;
Controlling compliance of the equipment utilized on site;
Monitoring the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on site;
Preparing and administering HSE Key Performance Indicators for the operational activities;
Monitoring and maintaining control measures in the use of hazardous materials;
Supervising Environmental aspect on site, supporting key personnel.
