"Sea Factor" is a Crewing Agency, was founded in 1996. In early 2000th Sea Factor crewing company becomes a leader in supply of Ukrainian fishing crew. The same time Sea Factor LTD was founded. Starting from 2010 an offshore crew sector develops into one of the large part of crewing activity. MLC 2006 certificates have been mandatory since August 2013. Sea Factor is one of the first crewing agencies in Ukraine which was issued with a MLC certificate. We are constantly maintaining the quality policy and pass all the regular certifications.
