We are looking for a 3rd Engineer for our Clients Fishery protection and logistic support vessel. A great opportunity to experience working in the Southern Ocean, enjoying the amazing wildlife and dramatic landscapes including icebergs. The Engineering Team consists of CEO, Second Engineer, Third Engineer (EOOW) and Motorman.
Diesel Electric propulsion with Allen Diesel generators and Vosper Thornycroft EMS.
Position: 3rd Engineer / OOW Eng
Vessel: Fishery protection and logistic support vessel
Location: Falkland Islands & South Georgia
Date: April 23rd - permanent role - 12 week rotations
Mandatory certs:
- Minimum UK CoC or FSE as OOW Engineering <3000Gt unlimited.
- All STCWs for position
- ENG1 / Seafarers Medical
- Very high standard of both written & spoken English
