• Valid offshore certificates (GWO, IRATA, welding certs, FROSIO — we verify, but we also help you get there)

• Experience on bridges, wind turbines, ships, or offshore platforms

• Willingness to travel across Europe for project-based work

• Professional attitude — we work in teams, not alone
