UNIMANAGER SIA is the technical management arm of Unimars Group — operating since 2003, incorporated in 2017, and managing a diversified fleet of 4 vessels right now. We do not chase paper contracts. We run ships.

• Direct technical management — we handle everything in-house: ISM, ISPS, MLC, insurance, claims, procurement, accounting

• Full regulatory compliance — ISO standards, OVID, CMID, flag-state liaison. Your certificates and paperwork are managed properly, not lost in a drawer

• Technical superintendents

• Purchasers & logistics coordinators

• Vetting inspectors & internal auditors

What You Bring:

• Valid STCW certificates and flag-state endorsements

• Experience on general cargo, multipurpose, or similar vessel types

• Commitment to ISM/ISPS/MLC compliance — we run a tight ship, literally

• Willingness to work with a Latvian-European management team — professional, direct, no bureaucracy for the sake of it
