An experienced Technical Superintendent is sought for managing the technical operations of offshore vessels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, repairs, surveys, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires a degree in engineering and 2-3 years of shore-based or sea-going Chief Engineer experience, with familiarity with offshore vessel types and PMS. Experience with AHTS, PSV, Dive Support, Tug, or Construction Vessels is preferred.
