A Commercial Skipper is sought for a unique restoration and regeneration charity operating passenger transport, crew & cargo movements, logistics support, and fuel-transfer operations in the Summer Isles, Scotland. This year-round role requires strong boat-handling skills, experience in exposed coastal waters, and essential tickets including RYA Advanced Powerboat/OOW and Commercial Endorsement. Commutable to Badentarbat Bay is necessary, with potential accommodation available. A 10 on / 4 off shift pattern may be considered.
