An experienced Offshore 2nd Engineer is sought for a shore-based role in crew sourcing and crewing operations. This position requires practical offshore vessel experience, technical understanding, and strong communication skills to support the sourcing, screening, selection, and mobilization of qualified marine crew. Experience on AHTS, PSV, OSV, DSV, or similar vessels is preferred. This is an opportunity to transition from sea-going to a long-term shore-based career in crew management.
