Project Controls Manager

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management or Equivalent ExperienceEnglish as first language for this position.
Relevant Experience:
Oil and Gas past experience is important
Minimum of 15 years experience in Project Controls, five years in a supervisory capacity
Minimum of 3 years experience with marine civil work Other Skills:
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Understanding of Primavera P6 software
The applicant must demonstrate a proven track record of managing projects and
staff and working closely with clients The applicant must have the ability to manage
and direct schedules, financial budgeting and cost monitoring, document control systems and
facilitating the proactive resolutions of priority issues by allocating responsibilities and resources. Skill set:
Working knowledge of dredging and reclamation and marine civil work
Solid background in the planning, design and construction of large projects
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of managing large, complex projects
Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
