The role requires expertise in maritime and labor laws, contract negotiation, and compliance with industry regulations. A minimum of 8-10 years of post-call experience, with at least 5 years in a senior legal role within the oil and gas, maritime, or subsea services sector, is necessary. A Master’s degree in Maritime, Energy, or Oil & Gas Law is highly preferred.
