Stena Marine Management is looking for Senior Technical Safety Engineer on a rotational basis located at site in Sakhalin. The candidate is expecting to carry out Technical Safety discipline work, supporting a project team for oil & gas projects both Offshore and Onshore. The engineer can be expected to work for projects involving Conceptual, FEED and detailed design and as such should be able to perform the work under minimal supervision.
Technical / Business Skills:
- Offshore and onshore oil & gas related design experience
- Experience in Conceptual, FEED and detailed design
- Must be able to work to an agreed scope, budget and schedule
- Prepare and co-ordinate Technical Safety Engineering deliverables including Safety Case Maintenance, HAZOP, HAZID/Risk Assessment, SIL/IPF, LOPA, Consequence Analysis, fire water hydraulic calculation, Scope of Works, Technical Reports and Safety Screening
- Be able to provide overviews on HAZOP’s, QRA, Consequence Analysis, SIL/IPF and Inherent Safety in Design
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Russian nationality
