Responsible for the production and ongoing management of the Installation Annual Inspection Plans and Integrated Field Planning (IFP) compliance.
Assist in the development of appropriate annual budget and manage the CTR (Cost, Time & Resource) process.
Responsible for suitability and technical content of the Integrity Management Schemes for appropriate Topside Pressure Systems.
Accountable for the technical content and schedule of the Asset's inspection plans.
Accountable for ensuring timely execution of the defined inspection plan, co-ordinating with Maintenance and Site Teams as required.
Discipline lead for inspection, including recommendations from inspection anomalies and failures.
Provide support to Verification activities related to applicable Performance Standards.
Assist with the implementation of an Integrity Risk Management Process, aligned to the SPU Risk Management Process.
Ensure effective compilation of work packs in liaison with TA's inputting data management within ACET.
Compile Technical Work Packs in Liaison with TA's
Responsible for inspection / integrity input to platform Turnaround (TAR) Programmes.
Provide support to ensure suitable risk based fabric maintenance plans exist.
Responsible for compliance with relevant Site Tecnical Practices (STP's) and Safety Management System (SMS) documents and review revisons and feedback from client I A
Attend DM's Safety Clients Meetings TAR Meetings and BP STP documentation reviews.
Responsible for implementing the IQ Anomally RO Reporting process.
Maintain appropriate level of contact with Asset Teams and 3rd Parties to ensure an effective Inspection Corrosion Management (ICM) service.
Endorse inspection reports to ensure they comply with the relevant client STP's procedures.
Ensure the effective application of new non-invasive techniques and specialist technologies to limit intrusive inspection so as to maximize inspection intervals.
Assist the DTL to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) deliverables and overall management of the service.
Review and interrogate Type 2 and all toolbox talks
General
Assist with any other duties as and when required.
Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.
Align the applicable aspects of Quality Management and HSE Management Systems.
Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
